DISCLOSURES
A. Role of Labelmaster.
The DG Exchange Community was created for the sole purpose of connection, collaboration and free information sharing for all supply chain-related business professionals involved in the dangerous goods industry. As the entity behind the creation of the DG Exchange, Labelmaster reserves the right to monitor the activities of the Community to ensure a safe, accurate and positive experience for all members. Labelmaster will make reasonable efforts to remedy inappropriate behavior or inaccurate statements, but Labelmaster does NOT assume the obligation to correct all such behavior or statements. Labelmaster is NOT responsible or legally liable for any information shared by users on the DG Exchange.
B. Information Monitoring and Response Protocol.
If the administrator (Labelmaster) sees a post that is inaccurate, it reserves the right, but does not assume the obligation, to respond to or delete said post, depending on the severity of the inaccuracy, or the inflammatory or offensive nature of the content. If a post states inaccurate facts, the administrator may respond with educational material but is not obligated to do so. If information outlines abusive language, an inflammatory opinion that other members may find offensive or blatant misinformation, the administrator may, but is not obligated to, take remedial action, including by removing the post or temporarily suspending the account of the posting Community member. In cases of especially egregious behavior or repeated offenses of posting violation or account suspension, a user may have their account terminated permanently.
C. Statement on Information Sharing and Accuracy of Information.
Users are encouraged to use the DG Exchange to share their expertise and opinion on all dangerous goods and supply chain-related topics, including by asking questions, sharing documents or resource content, responding to questions, participating in events, etc. Users should never intentionally post inaccurate statements or misinformation.
We expect that all DG Exchange members will express themselves in ways that are well-intended and civil. A person who posts a comment is responsible for that comment’s content, not the DG Exchange, Labelmaster or their staff or administrators. By using the DG Exchange, you agree that, if you follow any advice offered by others in the Community, download any materials posted to it, or arrange to meet anyone personally through it (or related chats), you take full and sole responsibility for doing so. You agree that neither DG Exchange, Labelmaster, nor any of their staff or administrators shall be responsible or liable for your own actions.

Our registered users (“users”or “members”) share their professional identities, engage with the Community, exchange knowledge and professional insights, post and view relevant content, learn and develop skills, and attend virtual events. Content and data on our site is viewable to the administrators of the Community.
A. INFORMATION WE COLLECT.
Our web servers collect general data pertaining to each User, including but not limited to, the IP address, tracking codes, the domain name, the web page, the length of time spent and the pages accessed while visiting the Site. We also collect personally identifiable information provided by members and visitors that join our Community. We may also retain the content of the communications that are sent to our administrative team.
We collect information directly from members when they register on the Community, participate in an event, or post in the live feeds or forums. We use common collection techniques like web browser cookies.
B. USE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED.
We use the information that is collected from members, or otherwise in connection with the Community, as is disclosed at the time information is collected, as is otherwise disclosed to them, and as follows:
C. MEMBERS' CHOICES.
Recipients of our Community news or e-mail marketing messages can unsubscribe from our promotional e-mails by using the unsubscribe instructions located at the bottom of the message, or by sending a request with "unsubscribe" in the subject line to [email protected] Because mailing lists are prepared in advance of each promotion, users may be sent a couple of promotions before the change becomes effective. Users have certain choices about the ads they see and our tracking activities generally.
D. SECURITY.
Our Community uses industry-standard encryption technology to provide for the security of information. In addition, we have put in place reasonable procedural and technical standards to protect the security of our Sites and information we maintain. However, we cannot guarantee that any information is totally secure. We encourage users to take affirmative steps to protect themselves online, including ensuring that any online account information they have remains secure.
E. NON-U.S. USERS.
Our Community is operated in the United States. Users located outside of the United States should be aware that any information they provide to us will be transferred to the United States. By using the Community and giving their information, members consent to such transfer, and understand that the U.S. may not provide the same level of protections as the laws of their country.
F. ADS & TRACKING ACTIVITIES.
1. TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES.
We use common tracking technologies on our Community platform such as email and social media sites. We collect personal information about members over time and we work with third party services that collect information. We, or third parties services we use, do this for many reasons, including to recognize new and past visitors to our site, to present targeted web based ads, to improve your online experience, as well as to better understand user interests as a member and visitor.
2. OPTING OUT.
The Self-Regulatory Program for Online Behavioral Advertising provides consumers with the ability to opt-out of having their online behavior used for interest-based advertising using third party cookies. To opt out of this online behavioral advertising, visit http://www.aboutads.info/choices/. This allows members to opt out of many but not all of the interest-based advertising activities in which we or third parties engage. We also work with third parties who use a different process for serving interest-based advertising to our Users. Some of these third parties have different opt-out mechanisms. For example, one of our partners uses "first party cookies" to help us serve ads in which our Members may be interested.
Other third-party sites provide members with the ability to opt-out of receiving interest-based ads that members may control through their settings on that site. For example, to opt out of Google's collection of users' online behavior for advertising purposes, users may visit Google's Ad Settings page. To opt out of Facebook's collection of their online behavior for advertising purposes in its mobile app newsfeed, users may visit the "Ad Settings" tab in their Facebook profile. These choices are browser and device specific. Users who delete their cookies or use a different browser or a different computer or device will need to update their opt-out choices.
3. CONTROLLING TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES.
Some browsers have a "Do Not Track" feature that lets members tell websites that they do not want to have their online activities tracked. These features are not yet uniform. The web service we use is not currently set up to respond to those signals.
Members have the ability to control some of our use of cookies, depending on the type of cookie. Members can configure certain browsers to reject browser cookies.
NOTE: Configuring a computer or device to block cookies may prevent certain features or functions of the DG Exchange from working. Blocking or deleting cookies will not stop all of the tracking described herein.
